Delivery Options
Standard Delivery For All Mainland Britain Addresses
Standard delivery is free for orders in Mainland UK. Next working day delivery to Mainland UK is subject to a delivery charge, see below.
Standard delivery takes up to three working days. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Click and Collect, available Mon – Fri, 09.00 – 16.00, excluding bank holidays.
Next Day Delivery
Next working day delivery is available for a £5.99 delivery charge. Orders must be placed before midday up to Thursday to guarantee a next-day delivery
Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday may be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered the following working week.

Highlands & Offshore Islands
Standard delivery is free for orders over £125. Orders under £125 are subject to a £10.99 delivery charge.
Standard delivery takes up to three working days. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
There is no next day delivery service available.
By entering your mobile number, you’ll receive a text alert with expected delivery time/date of your order.

Tracking details for your order will be provided by email following dispatch from our warehouse. If you entered your mobile number at checkout, you’ll receive a text alert with the expected delivery time/date of your order too.
On delivery Parcel Force will take a photograph as proof of delivery. This can be viewed on the Parcel Force website https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace using the tracking information provided by email upon dispatch of your order.
Please check all goods before signing for them. Goods requested to be delivered unsigned for are left at your own risk.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged’ clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature and refuse the delivery.
If you have not received your order within 5 days of ordering, please advise us by emailing sales@veranoceramics.co.uk, or call us on 01706 238164, 8am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Returns and Refunds
A request for a return or replacement must be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Our returns policy
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 14 days in its original condition with proof of purchase. We’ll exchange or refund it, if it meets our terms and conditions explained below.
By original condition we mean:
- you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.
- you haven’t used the product.
You, the customer, are responsible for any return postage fees. Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging and return to the address below. Alternatively, we can arrange collection from you, however any postage fee would then be deducted from your refund.

How you’ll be refunded
You’ll receive a refund within 14 days of returning the item to the same payment method you used. For items bought with gift cards, we’ll send an e-gift card to the email address that was used to make the purchase.
If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of sending it, please contact us.
Faulty, Damaged Goods
If any product appears faulty, damaged or missing from your order or you have received the wrong item(s) please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to: sales@divinedistribution.co.uk or calling us on 01706 313001, 8am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Faulty, damaged and mis-picked products will be collected by courier at your convenience and a refund or replacement issued within 14 days of receipt of goods into our warehouse. Missing goods will be reprocessed and delivered using our Next Day Delivery service or refunded within 14 days.
